Rooted in Kansas City
A family-owned tree service with a simple promise: treat every property like it's our own.
Hard-Working, Honest Tree Care
Richter’s Tree Service was established in 2015. Since then we’ve served the entire Kansas City metro, specializing in tree removal and tree trimming, everything from emergency hazard removal to small pruning and light trim jobs. We cover it all.
We are family owned and operated, and no job is too big or too small. Justin Richter runs the company hands-on and stays involved in every job, so you see the same familiar faces and the same Richter’s trucks on your property. Our customers notice. They tell us we’re prompt, respectful, fairly priced, and that we clean up so well you can’t even tell we were there.
We pride ourselves on our work ethic and our constant effort to fit each client’s needs. Customer satisfaction is number one, and we’re listed for 24/7 emergency response when storms roll through.
Our Values
Family Owned & Operated
Justin Richter runs this company hands-on and stays involved in every job. Not a franchise, not a call center, just the people doing the work.
Familiar Faces
The same local crew, in Richter's shirts, on every job site. You will recognize the trucks and the people in your yard.
Safety First
Fully licensed and insured. Dangerous removals are handled with care and proper rigging, never shortcuts.
Satisfaction #1
We go the extra mile to leave a great impression, from the first call to the final cleanup.
What Shows Up In Your Yard
The right machine makes a job faster, cleaner, and far easier on your lawn. This is the equipment you will see on site.
Tracked Spider Lift
Reaches high canopy through gates and side yards a bucket truck can never get to, on tracks that spread the weight instead of rutting your grass.
Grapple Truck
Picks up whole logs and brush piles in one bite and loads straight into the dump trailer, so cleanup takes an hour instead of a day.
Stump Grinder
Takes the stump and surface roots several inches below grade so you can re-sod or replant, and every grinding gets cleaned up.
